Reduced – Leaving the Scene of an Accident

Client was charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Damage Over $200 a Class B misdemeanor.  Client’s employer threatened termination for a Class B misdemeanor conviction and Client faced 6 months in jail.  We worked hard and got the Class B reduced to a Class C.  The end result saved her job, removed jail time and reduced the fine that was paid.
