Saved Deferred Adjudication – Felony Assault Family 2nd

Client was on deferred adjudication on the felony Assault Family 2^nd.  Client had missed 4 months of meeting with probation and had skipped 5 requests to take drug tests.  Client was in jail and had admitted meth use to probation.  The Motion to Revoke was denied and his probation was amended.  The end result saved his deferred adjudication on the felony and got him help for his meth addiction.
